Tana Lounge Thai Restaurant

I had an incredible dining experience at Tana Lounge The food was absolutely delicious—every dish I tried was packed with authentic flavours. Starting from the Duck spring rolls, they were really very crispy and flavourful, the Chicken Satay was perfectly grilled with creamy peanut sauce, and the Pad Thai had the ideal balance of sweet, tangy, and savoury, the Tana Thai Classic was a standout to me—so aromatic and satisfying! Beyond the food, I liked the ambiance damn good—whether it’s the stylish decor, the comfort of seating, or lively vibe, it nailed. The service was attentive, and the overall experience was top-notch. Surely getting back soon.

It was my second time here. The food was amazing, tasty, and good-looking, and the service was amazing, too. I definitely come back there and will recommend this place to my clients from my Serviced Accommodation.

It's been a while without me writing a review and problably for good reasons, I think reviewing for the sake of it does not make sense to me, I need to feel that the place deserves it. And this one meritoriously deserved one and a very positive one. My wife decided to book a table at this restaurant for her birthday, as she read very good reviews and we have an appreciation for asian cuisine. Ok, no more beating around the bush, the experience was really pleasing, the service is very good and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing and the food was delicious. Some reviewers mention how hot the food is but I did not have any issues with it, perhaps because I love spices and gochujamg is one of my favourite condiments, so bear that in mind. My wife found it hotter than I did but she enjoyed it pretty much as well. Price is adequate and portions are right on point. We'll be back for more.

Lovely Thai food, different to the way we have had it before but that made it all the more interesting ! Portion sizes are really generous and we really enjoyed trying new dishes. Atmosphere was really nice as well, other than when a really noisy group came to sit next to us and proceeded to talk loudly on the phone on loudspeaker, but we really appreciated how the staff told them to turn it off, as you don't get assertiveness often-- thank you for respecting the majority of your customers ! The service to get our food ordered was a little slow, we waited about 30 mins to get our food orders in but on the whole the staff were very attentive and friendly and we would absolutely visit again! Also your tiramisu is amazing !!!

I had the most lovely meal at Tana Thai few days ago! A very calm, and welcoming place. They were attentive to my dietary needs, (Vegan) and I can’t have food with onion and garlic. Each dish was packed with flavour and waitress Bella was so kind and welcoming, did not make me feel awkward with all my dietary needs, they happily helped me. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back again! Thank you to the wonderful chef and Bella the most sweet waitress. You guys are amazing! May x

My previous experience dining at Tana Thai was nothing short of faultless and second to none in both service and the quality of authentic Thai food served. So I had high expectations for my second visit and was not left disappointed. We ordered the Thai experience for 2 for 27, which in my opinion was excellent value for money. The staff once again were welcoming and accomodating ensuring we had an enjoyable and pleasant dining experience. Tana Thai manages to deliver a varied menu with generous portion sizes. If your looking for authentic Thai flavours with subtle flavour combinations of hot, spicy, sweet, and sour then Thana Thai gets a A from me every time. We will definitely back in the future. My friend and I dined at Tana Thai for the first time tonight, we were not disappointed. We have dined at other Thai restaurants in Bedford and would certainly place Tana Thai along side the best of them for flavour and authenticity. The service from the staff was both friendly and prompt. The mixed starter for two was filling and tasty, with the Thai spring rolls certainly being the star of the show. We ordered beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice and a mixed seafood pad thai. The beef was succulent and tender and the seafood was cooked perfectly with a mixture of crushed nuts on the side for texture. An excellent meal and excellent service, thank you.
